Privacy Policy — Staff Callture HR Dashboard

Overview

Staff Callture HR Dashboard is an internal tool for HR and management. The application uses Google OAuth to authenticate users and reads HR data from Google Sheets to render dashboards. The app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly scope only.

Data we access

• Read-only access to spreadsheets you already have permission to view (e.g., MASTERLIST and In Lieu Accruals).
• Basic Google account information from the sign-in process (e.g., an ID token) to authorize your session.

How we use data

• To display KPIs, charts, and employee lookups inside your browser session.
• To verify that the signed-in user is authorized to view the underlying spreadsheets.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage & retention

The app reads data at view time and does not persist spreadsheet content on our servers. Session tokens are held in memory by your browser and expire according to Google’s policies. Exported CSVs (if you use the export button) are generated client-side and saved to your device only.

Security

• All access is authenticated via Google OAuth.
• We request the minimum scope required (spreadsheets.readonly).
• The app runs over HTTPS on employees.staffcallture.com.

Your choices

• You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
• If you lose access to the underlying spreadsheets, the dashboard will no longer display data.
